From an original Recipe Book compiled by Pairc Community Association in the late 70’s and reprinted by Pairc Historical Society. The book has 44 pages of recipes many using local produce and a few of the recipes like Ceann Cropaig are in Gaelic.

A comprehensive and thoroughly researched history of Eishken Estate written by David S D Jones. The publication covers periods from the early 1600’s up to 1863 when the estate was a deer forest and sheep farm through to the present ownership. Chapters include The Park Shootings from 1863 to 1883,The Denys Years from 1883 to 1885, The Park Deer Forest 1886 to 1924, The Eishken Estate from 1924 to 1977 and a further chapter on the period from 1977 to 2009. The booklet includes many previously unpublished photographs. 56 pp.
